We become the employers..

2011 marks several new changes, status..

First, we shall become employers soon. My mum has weak legs and back and they are giving her problems since last year. She might be going for a surgery or injections for strengthening of her cartilage. She cannot really do housework, walk too much, cook anymore. So we will employ a helper to help out.

After some searches, we decided on one agency and went down for the maid interview last Saturday. We learn that their bio-data can be misleading and wrong. Even the pictures are entirely different from what they look like in real life. We were really  fortunate to be able to conduct the interview through webcam and phone. We manage to choose one...

There are many horror stories about them. I am crossing my fingers, toes... Hopefully all will be well.

Being the first time, all of us in the family have a lot to learn. I hope everyone has the patience and endurance too...  : )
