Last Saturday, hubby and I attended the 2nd lesson of the childbirth education course, held by Thomon Medical. As first-time parents, this course is helpful.
Mrs Wong Boh Boi is our teacher. She is the popular lactation consultant in Singapore. Before attending the class, my colleague told me that her hubby finds her naggy.. Haha!
We had fun and laughter in the class. As she is trained in UK, she has the accent and her favourite line is "Is that clear"... Keke!! I find her okay and she tries to make the lessons not boring..
We were taught nutrition, exercises, talk to the unborn baby, firm & light touches on our bellies, birth canal, some breathing techniques during contractions etc etc. Very informative!
Hopefully the classes continue to be fun & helpful... :)
