二月。

不祥预兆。忙到差一点儿忘了立春。虽然记得，但是一早老公就发脾气，去Pique Lab 迟到，到了下车前突然下起倾盆大雨。他去公司的晚宴，我有一大堆的盆，碗碟要洗。我还不小心打破了我最喜欢的玻璃储存碗。唯一的安慰是那很好吃的上海年糕。一向来立春都很好的，怎么了？？😭

9th: 6758.. 我非常害怕看到的电话号码-学校的电话号码。体育老师通知欣打羽毛球是不小心被球打到右耳，已经不红了但要让我们观察。幸好没事🙏

意外连连。😱😭 11th 冲完凉后她突然从楼梯摔下来。我和她都吓坏了！她还抱着我大哭。那刹那我真的害怕她伤得严重。老公却一直叫她站起来。幸好没事，不过有了好多瘀青。精油来拯救！我一边擦，她一边喊痛。Frankincense 🙌🙏

10th: 今年学校又要检查脊椎。我和她都担心。因为要把上衣脱掉，欣也很害怕。幸好检查后没事，正常。小惊喜的是护士告诉她的视力进步了。🙏

一大推的虚惊。。不要再来了！

Supp classes 开始了。忙忙碌碌。我也进进出出, 送午餐😅。

功课繁忙，只能抓紧机会，有空荡就温习来临的测验。学校的practice papers 都做得不错。只有科学，她自己说还要进步。🙌

25th: 从FB无意间看到尔雅华文口试网课，问了欣后就决定报名了。希望可以让她有多机会学习口试技巧。

匆匆忙忙。27th: WA到来了。科学先考。前一天早上复习时才发现欣竟然忘了2stepEC template. 我急得要命。还好到了下午，她比较熟悉了。

Blackpink oreo 竟成为舒解压力的方法。😅

28th: 她说科学mcq反而比OEQ难, 后来老师也说他们这么是mcq不理想😪

January 2023🌹

Another long weekend before school reopens on 4th. We spent the new year having late lunch steamboat at COCA Taka. The chicken soup and items were surprisingly good. We then bought pineapple tarts from Juz Bread and gua zi at the Taka Fair. It's been a few years since I bought their PT. Lil C wanted to eat the taiyaki and it was also the first time we had to queue for a long time. After that we head to uniqlo northpoint to buy her cny clothes. Managed to find slim flared jeans and tops that she likes! We were so thirsty and sat down and Starbucks for drinks. Lil C was so elated that she had a drink all by herself and drank so slowly. Haha. We ended our first day of the year with hokkien mee, fish curry and baguette for super late dinner at 9 plus pm (hub and I). 

2nd: first facial of the year and I took the TEL to springleaf, bus 860 and walked home. 💚

3th: last day before school starts. I went through some work errors with lil C and I wanted it to be a relaxing day although I need to make dinner 🙏

4th: the school year starts! I was feeling surreal more than stressed. Found her cute missing front tooth P1 picture. 😍

First week ended with minimal lessons, Admin stuff, study skills workshop. But she left her handbook in class when she didn't know her friend put it under her desk. Just hope carelessness don't continue to hit her this year...

Mrs Lim started with Fractions word probs instead of algebra. Lil C been learning the new P6 Fractions while I am thankful to teacher Janice from Jimmy Math and also the Math prob sums books from visible math academy. We learn together. 🙌

This year is so different. We received the WA dates and marks weightage notice on second week of school. Also on the supp classes dates. Since it is the cny month, classes will only start in Feb. 

CNY break flew by and lil C lamented that it was so sad. But at least she celebrated and played since the WA is on Feb and CNY was so early this year. But it rained so so much and its a extremely unusual cold CNY. Lil C started to have nose bleed before CNY arrived and a lot of dried pi sai. When the cold weather hits, she suddenly sneezed on day 1 and lasted the entire day. As since day 1 and cannot take zyrtec, can only rely on oils. At night I did nose irrigation for her after so many years. Helped her to sleep better. Very thankful that she was so much better on day 2 with slight mucus in nose. We could go to mil and aunt Fen place. 

Puberty seems to reach its peak and lil C does not eat as much as before. 

7th day is celebrated at pei house. We could not celebrate this year but hub said ok to give red packets but through me instead of him. I broke a plate on eve. Haiz.. 🙏

Decided to take bus 807 home after school on 25th when school resumes after CNY. Surprisingly we reached home almost the same time as when we take taxi. Lil C enjoyed it and hope to take together with Chloe soon. She was excited with YX also boarded our bus after a few stops. 

Fan taisui year, I only wish for lil C 平安喜乐，身体健康 albeit being a highly at stake and important year. 

On 26th, she limped a little while walking out of school. She fell when someone knocked her while playing during recess. Haiz.. Thankfully she felt better when I used ginger patch on her. 

This year is an action packed year, friendship meant even more to her. Hope that she can find some comfort admist the hustle and bustle of school life. 

This month also marks the first time lil C attends TPL at Crown Centre. Been making breakfast every Saturday. We also excitedly explored the Star vista mall and the tomato udon from itacho became her regular lunch menu. As for me I found the nam kee mee hoon kueh there as well as spinach cheese bread from crown bakery. 

A good start to the new year. がんばって🙏

Dearest December 🤍🧡💚💗💙💜❤️🤍

Kickstarted the month meeting Shermane and her boys at Super Park on 1st. It has been 3 years since we went. It was awkward as the boys did not talk to lil C and she didn't want to initiate. Luckily she bumped into her ex-4 Care classmates and played together with them for awhile. It was boring after they left as lil C could just watch Jarett play trampoline repeatedly as we mums chatted. We ended with her trying out archery. We went to Saizeriya for dinner and waffles at Dal komn cafe but it was so different when the 2 boys just played on their phones. Eventually lil C also played games on phone. Gosh.. I guess it should be the last time we can meet up with our children. Lil C said the same too. But I was glad to be able to still chat everything under the sun with Shermane, my colleague turned friend of 16 years. We didn't eat much for dinner and ended up cooked noodles dry for us. It was also the World Cup season. 

2nd: Collected P6 books and then lunch at Lao Huo Tang. Lil C also knew that the food tasted much better when we dined there. We went Ntuc for groceries and it has been a long while since we went groceries shopping together. Haha.. Hub then went to Kaiye's dad wake with mum. We then had Tenderbest for dinner.. 

3rd: I went to Dorra again. The weight finally came down slightly. In the evening we went to imperial treasure steamboat at Ion with mum and Bing. Managed to see Xmas lightings and snapped some pics. We also found a Korean theme cafe at Shaw and had tea, bingsu, sweet potato fries and waffles ice-cream for lil C. 

4th: hub suggested we go to Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre. There was a Singapo人 exhibition. In the end we chanced upon a live singing and we sat down for awhile while lil C bought handmade rubber bands and key chains from the stalls. As the weather was cloudy, we decided to go to Gardens by the Bay as planned. We went to the cloud forest Avatar and dinner at the foodcourt. We didn't know that we have to buy tickets for the time slot of 6.30pm and in the end couldn't go to the Xmas carnival. What a bumper... 

5th: our 14th year anniversary. Lil C and I met hub at Robertson Quay, beasts and butterflies for dinner. Lil C was the only child there. I like the lobster porridge while hub and lil C like the claypot hokkien mee. The fries and chocolate dessert were good too. Happy 14th!👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨

Lil C still can fit in her PE attire and uniform. I move the buckle of the skirt out so that is not so tight. 🙏

8th: we went to river wonders instead of sentosa as hub said the reviews of the VR is not good. We didn't manage to see the bb panda lele. Lil C loves the boat ride and it was the first for hub. But lil C was nervous before it moved. Lol.. Lil C then asked if she could have hot choc at Starbucks. Grown up!! Hub and I shared ppm mocha. Finally tried it after so many years. ♥️ It.. 

9th: was looking at scgs website and realised I can use leadership for DSA. Shall apply for lil C next year and see how fate can bring her to.. 🙏

I read from the news that santa will be here in SG on 9th and 10th. So excited... We decided to go to MBS to see him. Haha. But no luck.. He was everywhere at the gigantic mall. I suggested to hub we can try JJLin's Miracle coffee. We like the kaya cloud. Kaya with gula melaka coffee.. We went to HDL for early dinner then head to the great bay fiesta carnival as the weather was fine. Lil C initially didn't want to go to a carnival but eventually agreed. We had some issues at the counter as they ran out of entry cards. Hub is not savvy with online ticketing. Luckily I was. Even the credits top up need to do it online then queue up again to top up into the card. It was troublesome.. We started with the flying dumbo. As we flew higher, lil C was afraid... Mummy.. Mummy.. She almost wanted to cry. I was actually scared too, could feel palms sweating. So I had to fly low then high, went up and down. 😆

After that, hub and her played games at the stalls. We were not lucky to win the big prize. Haha. But it was a good experience. Lil C was sooo star struck when I told her jianhao tan and his family were there too. She was afraid to take a pic with them. Haha

10th: we went to ti gong tua and balestier temple to pray for year end. We then met up with R and H to pass her the mightypro. We had Mac lunch with little H then head home. I carried H as she is so poor thing, have to walk so far. 

11th Sun: Dorra again but they were short of staff due to C+ and I spent 3 hrs there. Since lil C didn't want to go out for dinner, hub ordered zichar. 

12th: Lil C booster shot. All went well. She wanted to eat fried rice like H so I made for her while hub ordered LHT soup and dishes. Glad that she finally likes fried rice. Now I know she prefers savoury so no pumpkin. 

Hub came home sniffing on 13th and he said office aircon too cold and was OK when temp was increased and he said he stopped sniffing on 14th. But he came home saying he felt achy. I asked him to test ART and he was initially pek chek. We were all shocked when we saw double lines. He immediately wore mask and went to room. I also asked lil C to go upstairs earlier. In the end, I had insomnia. 

15th: my challenge come... Hub found a hotel and insisted to go and stay for a few days. Needed me to take luggage, disposable uw, pack oils etc for him. I had to rush to SS to buy pork, veg and back to cook lunch for him and lil C. Then he left... We first headed to school to collect the ftgp and CCE books then to science centre. I already booked tickets the night before. Rosemary on my scalp is my saviour. I also closed my eyes on our way to science centre. We then had dinner at the new restaurant there then took grab home. I like the spam fries and pizza. When I reached home, I misted the entire house with the spray gun and also changed his bedsheets. 

Mum came over for lunch before we headed to see Angeline on Friday, 16th. Dinner at peach garden. First time ordered steamed soon hock without hub. Then we went to return taisui on 17th and Bing rented getgo car to send us there and back. Lil C was excited.. No grab for once. I was glad to have mum with me. We had you yi you mian, fried dumplings for lunch at home. Mum watched her Indian movies while I had my legs on sofa and in the end we both had a short nap. The 3 of us then took shuttle bus to northpoint for lil C guitar lesson then we went shabu sai for dinner. Without hub, we ate slower, a pace that I preferred. Mum bought cakes from chateraise. She shocked me when she said she can walk to the bus interchange on her own. We bade goodbye and lil C and I were worried.. We headed to wait for the shuttle bus but thankfully I checked again and realised the last bus is at 7.38pm.

18th: stay at home after a tiring running here and there from Thurs to Sat. Cooked salmon rice for lunch and dinner. Just lil C and I. 

19: our lil adventure started. Went to phs by taxi for her haircut and I did scalp treatment. She felt nauseous as we took cab right after lunch at home. Gin cut her hair real short while I was away for hair wash. But she likes it. As I didn't bring sanitizer, we took train to Somerset and to YL to redeem. Then we took train back to Orchard and had dinner at itacho sushi. After that we went to h & M, fossil to try to find my wallet. I needed to buy a new one and my previous ones zip and strap spoiled. In the end, while she went to toilet, I bought it at Kate spade. Love it!! My best buy this year. Lil C wanted to take the train back as she was afraid of being nauseous again if take taxi. I was glad we did. We even had a short while listening to her songs on YouTube with my earphones. 

20th and 21st: learning lab Math Headstart class at seletar mall. I chanced upon amore and had my long deserved massage. Hub suddenly recovered and could fetch us on 21st. I went to Dorra. The lessons went well and the teacher was ok. 

22nd is dong zhi. Love the black sugar rose cube as soup base. Hub had random craving for lobster and we went to seafood place at Khatib ns team with mum. 

24th: We spent the Xmas Eve at pei House. Food was not nice especially the pizza. We bought choc and vanilla log cakes from nesuto and was yummy

Xmas Dinner spent at pei House again. Better Thai food as it is warm.. But I was worried as the boys were coughing. Even her helper.. 

26th: went for my mani pedi as they have no slot for dates nearer to cny. I bought lunch from Thomson Plaza and we spent rest of day at home

Met up with Serene and Grace on 28th. Yearly affair, not my favourite though.. 

We went to visit ah mah on 30th as she was having breathing issues. We then went to Wisma food court for dinner

Walked out to hero zi char at blk 513 to buy dinner. We spent our last day of the year quietly. Watched countdown with hub... 

Goodbye 2022. You are a challenging yet fulfilling year. Lil C and I conquered the arduous P5 journey with her stellar results. 

2023 here we come! 🙌

Here comes my favourite November 💕🌈🌹

1st: Final html paper, it is definitely the hardest paper. But this time round, she could do all the 语文应用 part. I only hope she can at least pass... 

Nevertheless, I am just so happy that the exams are finally over... And so glad that she took all papers smoothly.  Not an easy feat. 🙏🙌

With that, lil C completed the arduous P5 academic journey.

3rd: She bolted out of gate and told me she got 93 for Math! It's been a long time since she rushed out to tell me her marks. Thankfully her carelessness for prob sums only minus 2 marks. It was a wonderful feat, in fact her best ever since she got 100 in P1 eoy exam. She got AL3 for science, AL1 for Chinese and AL2 for English after including the 2 WAs. It was a waste as she missed 1 mark to AL1. Overall she did very well. 

There were activities lining up after the exams. First up, the leadership and experimental day on 4th at Sentosa. It was an extremely hot day and I was glad it went well. It ended at 5pm and she was tired from all the walking while playing amazing race. All her BFFs are in the other even register number group and she didn't not like her group. I had to shower her with WA since she went underground into the tunnels at Fort Siloso. She said the smell inside was awful. But she likes the skywall there.

I went back to Dorra finally and ended signed up again on 4th. Then met hub for late lunch. Tried soup mala for the first time and it is too 麻 for me. 

Then they had sexual education and she learned about sexual harassment which is interesting since she did not know about man molesting boys. But about body changes she already knew. She even cutely said no wonder she smelled like garlic at times 🙈

She also made plans with Yee Xuan and Naomi on going to wild wild wet. Amidst the changing of dates by Naomi, finally it was decided to be on 28th

Besides taking the bilingual award, she is nominated for the outstanding contribution to CCA award. Not sure if it is the MOE eagles award. Sadly, parents were not invited again and I couldn't witness her going on stage. 

19th: We went to Pei's house and I replaced hubby in the MJ when he volunteered to go and search for milk powder for lil Elias. My luck was 👍

20th: afraid that we might have to split tables, hubby booked a restaurant, Famous Palace at seletar Country club on recommendation from his friend. After 2 years we finally can dine out together for mummy's birthday. She also said it has been a long time... 🙏

21st: First Monday of sch hols. We went to Dino Land at Yishun Safra with Shayne and Seth. It was also been a long while they went out together. We had free fruit Popsicles and nuggets and fries at Mac before Shabu Sai with mum too for dinner. Her throat was bit painful at night. Here comes to the rescue of EOs... 🙏♥️

24th: Brought her to Jewel and surprisingly it was not crowded at all as compared to during June hols. I guess most people already left Singapore for vacation.. All of a sudden, a Sec school girl approached her and she ended up playing with her and friend. Then they also sat down and chatted... 🤨 We then met with hubby and went to her favourite Itacho Sushi for dinner. 

25th: Finally bought a new wall clock when our 6th year clock suddenly dropped off a week ago. Never realised it was so inconvenient without a wall clock. Lil C didn't want to go all the way to Henderson to have teochew porridge with mum, Aunt Fen. Not her favourite food and she didn't want to go out. But I wanted to eat teochew porridge. Getting old... I used to dislike that when I was much younger. The fishcake tasted really good. 

26th: with pei not in SG, mum and aunt Fen came over to play MJ. I had insomnia that night.. Body aching next day. My weight also soared to 77kg. Luckily after detox treatment at Dorra, I felt better. 

28th: Finally its www day. It was super hot but with slight drizzle. It came and go. I bought pizzas and 100 plus for the girls. Lil C was afraid to try kraken racers and didn't want to do ula ula 3rd time with her friends. She is scared as I am not there with her to play. I managed to take pics for them. We had both Macs brunch and Watami dinner with them. Glad that memories are created for the 3 of them. Naomi told me about SCGS and she could take train to Newton easily and she even went to their open house. Aiya I didn't know they had one on 25th..

Lil C has been saying that she will just go yishun town as she doesn't want to travel and she doesn't want to go to a girl's school. Hmm... She even could reason that the world needs boys and girls.. Alamak.. I kinda just let her be. Don't want to stress over secondary schools. 

We ended the last day of November with piano class, bought her comics and Xmas pressies for Shermane's boys and dinner at Pasta Mania.

October 🙏♥️💪🌈

October again..

No CCA month. Lil C is so happy. 

We started the month going over to Pei's place again for Seth's birthday party. Never did I expect I will become the listener of Rachel's heartbreaking story. A guy who cannot handle work stress while 

moving his way up in his career is a trigger to a estranged marriage. But in the end, it is all fate. I only pity the mother and child.

Children's day eve is still a full school day and lil C laments it being unfair since it was half day for Teachets' Day. 😅

Revision continues and the compo and listening were finally over on 19th and 11th. So glad. As expected, she felt English listening is so much harder. Now onto the Papers 2....

16th: Both lil C and I had our M. Haha! 

PSLE marking days 17th to 20th, revision as usual but in the midst of managing her allergies. T3, roman chamomile, copaiba, lemon, ginger, lavender, ppm, ER, breathe away, raven, RC all help. 🙏

21st is my lunar birthday and for the first time of 14 years, hub took leave. He cooked noodles for me and even gave me hongbao. How memorable ♥️

I envied everyone else enjoying their long Deepavali weekend when we had to stuck at home for exam prep. And after solving so many Math problems on Sunday, 23rd, I had headache. Ppm and valor to my rescue. 

Seeing lil C laughing away and staying healthy are all I ask for in view of the stressful P5 journey. The unbelievable mountain of new concepts, memory work and application is not an easy feat. We really 一步一脚印 until today. 

The exams arrived on 26th. She felt English was not as easy, for Math, made careless mistakes by not using calculator for a problem sum and wrote the wrong number even when she used calculator for another one. She even said, mummy it's 惋惜 right..so funny.. We told her it was a lesson learned..must use calculator when she could. Even at home, she is also careless with like 80 minus 25, when there is a 0 minus 5...  As for Chinese, she could do all the 语文应用. 

With the Science and Html paper, we could not go over to Pei's house for Harper's birthday party. We spent the weekend revising. So boring... 

After the Science paper, she already knew she had the first mcq wrong and an OEQ on measuring volume wrong. Just hope that she won't get too many MCQs wrong. 

October ends with the Science paper... Just one more to go... 💪

September.. 🌈💪

September, a 'lunatic' month, as described by Ms Gen. The lunar 8th month for Mid Autumn and of course the PSLE. Hmm.. I guess I would describe the month in the same way same time next year. 😬

We started the month by going to Pei's house for dinner on the first weekend. And the least expected, gossip, heartaches and even made me tear news. My cousin announced that he is getting a divorce and even sat me down to fill me with the details. For the weeks that follow, our family had speculations, felt that his wife and daughter are pitiful. I felt it was a punishment perhaps too harsh, not as if she had committed adultery. It was also a lesson to be learnt for us, like my mum said. Push to the limits, guys can be so harsh too. However, I am also disappointed in him. He is close to me since young. But until now, I then realised the kind of guy he was. 好高骛远, 不切实际，自私自利。So scary! He rescinded the divorce papers and asked to go home only because he is worried about his job security and money matter suddenly. I even found out from my sis that he borrowed money from my aunt to pay for legal fees. What a jerk! I feel so sorry for my cousin in law. She gave in eventually as he asked to go back home and fulfilling the conditions without knowing the real reason behind him wanting to rescind the divorce. And we can't even tell her. 😔.. Goodness.. Seriously hope this won't happen to myself and the ladies around me. 

Managed to did some revision during the September hols. Also signed lil C up for MQ and Think Teach academy Math holiday program. Thought that it might be beneficial especially she can see the electric circuit experiment for Electricity. As for the Math, she ended up being the only P5 child. But I felt it was a good early exposure especially to P6 style of word sums. 

Mid Autumn came quickly on 10th. Its been 2 years since the group restrictions of 8 and 5 pax. But it ended up Aunt Fen wanted to go to mum's house and called upon Pei's mil for the weekly MJ session. YR's family also went. It's like CNY gathering.. This year, mooncakes are in stock. I ordered rose choc strawberry from Raffles Hotel and Momoyama from Lian Huat. Mooncake in abundance this year unlike the past 2 years.

Term 4 started on 12th. 16th no school again for PSLE listening. Here comes the hectic Term 4 with many no school days. 

When I received the exam schedule, I am a lil jittery, as always. I cannot help but be reminded of the cancellation of last year's EOY exam.. 

Prep of oral started over the Sept hols and the week after and I am worried because due to the new Chinese e Oral video format, lil C needs to speak more fluently and conversation type questions are not her strength. But lil C is not as nervous the night before, unlike in P3. Since P4, she is calm before Oral. 🙏 She even said she would rather have Chinese oral than CCA. In a swift, oral is over. First time in 3 years that they were held separately in 2 days. I was so much calmer this year. Not as nervous as before. Its really not worth getting stressed up.. As usual, I made her favourite stir fried pasta and brought to school. 

The weather is erratic especially this month when the cloudy days are followed by sunny days. Lil C been sneezing and she had nose blood on Sat, 17th. I gave zyrtec, oil antihistamine blend, roman chamomile, t3 and also nose spray. Diffuse RC, T3 and lavender when she sleeps. Thankfully the allergy went off the next day. 

I am worried as she kept having nosebleed this month, always due to her pricking her nose, after shower, once even slight bleeding in school and most probably also due to the erratic sunny, cloudy, rainy weather.

21st: A scare for me. Its been 3 years since she told me her throat is a lil painful. I quickly gave vit C, cooling lime water, chrysanthemum tea, oil copaiba, T3, roman chamomile. Also oregano on throat vita flex. Asked her to gargle salt water too. She also tried thieves throat lozenges for the first time. Thankfully she was alright the next day. 

23rd: Hub turned 43. Since its a Friday school day, we can watch TV together in the morning before heading to Singtel to cancel the Singtel TV for my mum. We tried boat noodles and he was thrilled to see chicken skin on the menu. He went for a massage in the late afternoon. I ordered tarts from le tart and dinner from Kenny Rogers. Forgot that we also had KR for his birthday last year. 

This erratic weather resulted in after almost 3 years of no allergy symptoms, lil C experienced them once again. Dry mucus in nose and sneezed more often which then developed into throat irritation, slight cough. Myrtle to the rescue.. I was so relieved when she spitted out the sticky gluey phelgm. 

28th: She was so happy that she could play catching again during recess. They totally missed playing from P3 to P4 and until now. But as PSLE starts the next day, they were asked not to play. 

As for me, I had to wake up earlier to cook her food for recess as requested by the school for them to bring their own food till next Wednesday so as to give the priority to P6s. Tiring for me.. 

Praying for good health and all goes smoothly.. As always. Nothing more. 🙏

Term 3 started in last week of June and she had to stay till 5 plus on first day of school. For SYF training then Tues for higher Chinese class and even on Wed for the Math competition prep.

But she had a big event to look forward to. A once in a lifetime for a P5, the pre NDP parade, NE show. She was so excited and woke up at 7 on 2nd. I was also excited for her as if I was the one going 😆. Her batch was very lucky and the event was cancelled for the past 2 years due to C19. I decided to let her bring an old phone for her to take pictures with friends. I was glad that she can have it as part of her memory as a primary school student. While hub and I had our mini date amidst his gout, I was worried for lil C since its the first time she was out without us till so late. Thankfully all went well and the only complain she had was the disgusting sour chicken from KFC. I think she will remember the experience for a long time.

I was equally elated when I received the email on the 1st that my NDP preview tickets balloting was successful. I was still lamenting there is no chance. Haha. I submitted 6 Ids and lil C was chosen by their system. 🙏

This is a busy yet happy month. With 2 Mondays of no school, lil C is elated as don't have to stay back late for CCA.

Bought the blueberry yogurt cake from Paris Baguette as requested by her for her birthday. It was also her lunar birthday on 17th. We had lunch at marche suntec. She received many presents from her classmates. I was glad that she made more friends this year and most of them are new from this year. Hopefully the friendships she builds can continue...

This year's birthday is a memorable one as it was also SYF. After months of trajning, finally the day came. I was asked by the teacher if I can help with tying hair buns and I gladly agreed. On the day, I was stressed over tying her hair buns as she has to rush to school. 😅 It was a tiring day as we returned home in the evening. Lil C had to complete her homework fast too. I had asked hub to buy cupcake for her. Bing so came to pass her books and bought beard papa cream puffs. Thankfully the 5 min on stage went very well. 😉

23rd: Finally its the preview.. Lil C found it boring to watch it again but we enjoyed it albeit the trouble of getting into the floating platform as we went in around 5pm. The queue was horrendous. 

24th: Went for her regular checkup at idental northpoint yesterday and I asked about her tooth on her upper gums. The dentist said it's not an extra but the space for the tooth to move down is narrow. So no space for the tooth to come down. She said she is not expert in this. Think she is a general dentist similar to GP. But Clarisse still has 4 big back molars and she said should be around sec 1 or 2 then will erupt. In her opinion she don't think the teeth will push backwards to create space for the tooth. She recommended to call health promo board to see the specialist and can discuss on early intervention to create the space, maybe braces or something. In the end, health promo board requires the school dentist reference. As such I contact Luminous northpoint and had to make appointment to see their pediatric specialist at Tampines next month. Hopefully she can give us good advice. 

Glad that lil C can grasp percentage, rate and average quite well. 🙏
